Cluster Control UI page does not load, only show the contents of index.php

We had recently undergone an OS Upgrade and cluster control controler had to be reinstalled. All cmon services and mariadb services are up and running. However, when I try to access the log in page it just loads the php.index contents

  I ran into something similar. Usually it’s a misconfiguration in your web server (like incorrect rewrite rules) or missing permissions on the UI files. Double-check your index.php routing, document root, and file permissions — that often solves the issue
