    Please, can you open a support request with us here: https://severalnines.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    And attach an error report in the new ticket?

    To create an error report, please go to:
    ClusterControl -> Select the cluster -> Logs -> Error Reports -> Create Error Report. 

    And then, attach the generated tar file to the ticket. With the error report, we can check the environment and logs to find the issue.
