Host is unreachable

i installed cluster control and can login to it

when i have to deploy new nodes

on 3rd tab (Define Topology)

i get the error "Host is unreachable "

but i can ping other servers and also i can login to the ssh of the servers without password(ssh key)

how can i fix this?

  Hi rooz gar

  It looks like the CC controller has no way to reach out that device IP that's why it is unreachable. Make sure you provide a valid FQDN or host/IP that is reachable for the CC controller host.

  thank you

  but i can reach node servers via ssh and ping from inside the CC server terminal

  this is not enough?
