Galera cluster inconsistent status

Hello,

After adding arbitrator(garbd) in existing cluster, status of the nodes turns to inconsistent. Removing garbd won't remove inconsistent. 

I am using Debian 10 and MariaDB 10.5.9.

  Hi Darwin,

  Please log a support ticket along with the error report.

  go to:
  
  ClusterControl -> Select the cluster -> Logs -> Error Reports -> Create Error Report.
