error 1047 wsrep not yet prepared node for application use

Im running a 5 node mysql5.6 galera cluster  in that im getting error 1047 wsrep not yet prepared node for application use can you please help me to fix it or atleast tell why am i getting  this error.

there is no issue with the connectivity and i have checked wsrep status it is showing in sync and wsrep_ready ON

  Hi,

  I'm not sure what is going on in your case but this issue is strictly related to the attempt of running a query on a node in non-Primary state. Please double-check if you are not attempting to connect to a partitioned node.
