New Install Cluster Control to Manage Mongo replica cluster

Hello,

 

I am a new customer & trying to install Cluster control & manage my Mongo-cluster.  I have configured the rsa_pub of cc to all the mongo nodes & arbiter nodes.

Mongo is installed via Bitnami.

I am getting the below error...when doing via either Name or.via IP.  Can you help ?

 

Error:

SSH authentication failed. libssh auth error: Access denied for 'publickey'. Authentication that can continue: publickey (root, key=/root/.ssh/id_rsa) Verify SSH hostname and key, authentication failed.

  Hi Anand,

  Just for clarification, you have also created a support ticket regarding this matter. From the ticket, we have assisted you to configure the passwordless SSH by using a sudo user instead of root user, since the VMs are configured without permitting direct access for root user.
