Error - Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 9500: Connection refused in webinterface

Hello! 

After logging in to the control panel, I get an error:
"Error
Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 9500: Connection"

in the logs of cmon-events I see:
[fatal] Configuration file not found in /etc/cmon.cnf

Where can I find cmon.cnf?

  Hi,

   

  The cmon.cnf file is created by the ClusterControl installation process and it has the following information by default:

  mysql_port=
  mysql_hostname=
  mysql_password=
  hostname=
  logfile=
  rpc_key=

   

  How did you install ClusterControl?

  Installation made through install-сс. Installation was error-free
