support more EC2 instance types in mysql configurator replication

Amazon recently introduced support for more 64bit instance types (small, medium, etc) for EC2.  In the configurator if we could select these types, that would be much better in case we wanted to have a machine that is larger than a micro but smaller than a large.

  Hi Jack,

  Thank you for the suggestion.

  We have added support for m1.small and m1.medium instances.

  This has been added to all configurators.
