Create User failed unexpected EOF

Hello,

i am trying to deploy a XtraDB Cluster on my 3 VPS nodes from a 4 where i installed ClusterControl.

The installation of ClusterControl and SSH worked perfectly fine, but on deployment via "Create Database Cluster", i got the following error:

43 - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx: GRANT cmon.

44 - grant addresses: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx,xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
45 - 149.56.45.144: CREATE USER failed: /tmp/s9s_script.23035.24859: line 3: unexpected EOF while looking for matching ``'

46 - 149.56.45.144: Setup server failure, see the previous msgs.
47 - 149.56.45.144: failed to setup MySql server
Job failed.

Can anyone help me on solving this issue and fixing the 3 nodes that are stuck in the middle of installation?
