ClusterControl Web not starting on Centos 6.5

I've installed ClusterControl on Centos 6.5 and it appears to be running correctly, except for the fact if the server it's installed on reboots can't get into the web UI. I'm not really all that familiar with Linux but I did finally figure out that if I service httpd start then the web page starts working again? I found an error log at /var/log/httpd/error_log but not seeing anything in there that helps me.

HAProxy is also installed on this server and it comes backup after the restart so I don't understand why the ClusterControl web page doesn't? Except for the fact that HAProxy is on http and ClusterControl is https.
