Management server still waiting

When I tried to install using "source", I got the following error.

ERROR Message: The cluster configuration is not yet confirmed by all defined management servers. This management server is still waiting for node 2 to connect.

Could not get configuration, error code: 4012, error msg: Failed to get configuration
Cluster: could not retrieve hostnames using ndb_config.. exitting

  Hi Shantanu,

  In case this is still an issue, please attach the:

  - config.ini
  - ndb_X_error.log
  - ndb_X_trace.log*
  - ndb_1_cluster.log
