ClusterControl 2 - MySQL 5.7

Hello.

Does latest versions of ClusterControl support deploying MySQL version 5.7 on servers running for example AlmaLinux 8?

If not, is there a way to enable it somehow?

  Hi,

  Yes, MySQL 5.7 is no longer supported in the current release of ClusterControl 1.9.8 since it reached the end of its life in October 2023. You may use the older version of ClusterControl to install MySQL  5.7. The easiest way is to use the ClusterControl Docker image with the tag 1.9.7 or older. See https://hub.docker.com/r/severalnines/clustercontrol for more information.
