Can't find Mysql-cluster configurator anymore!!

Hi 

I wonder where can I find the online configurator of the mysql cluster, the website has no information about this except this page, which says that the configurator
is now part of cluster control, so I downloaded cluster control but still can't find any configurator on it, can anyone help me?
